NPO POVS Insango concluded a direct correspondent contract in the ports of the Federative Republic of Brazil

On March 18, 2025, NPO POVS Insango entered into a contract with a law firm in Brazil to provide port correspondent services. According to the concluded contract, the correspondent shall provide 24/7 consulting assistance to the mutual insurance company and its clients/representatives in making claims under cargo, ship, carrier and shipowners' civil liability insurance policies, as well as on issues related to maritime and port law of the Republic of Brazil, interaction with dispatchers, surveyors, representatives of third party law firms, government and port authorities, etc. The services shall be provided in the ports of Fortaleza, Porto Porto, Fortaleza, Porto Porto.

The services are provided in the ports of Fortaleza, Porto Alegre, Ilhéus, Imbituba, Paranaguá, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande, Salvador, Santos, São Francisco do Sul, São Sebastião, Vitoria, Itajai and Natal.

The contract fixes the cost of the correspondent’s services, the procedure of interaction and settlements for the services rendered, the rights and obligations of the parties under the contract.
