Co-insurers paid insurance indemnity under the contract of co-insurance of maritime transportation of cargoes

On June 06, 2025 LLC IC Sberbank Coinsurance and NPO POVS Insango jointly paid out insurance indemnity in the equivalent of USD 8950,69. On June 06, 2025, Sberbank Coinsurance LLC and NCO POVS Insango LLC jointly paid the insurance indemnity equivalent of USD 8950.69 for the risk of weight shortage during sea transportation of wheat from Russia to Egypt, each of the co-insurers in proportion to its share of liability according to the concluded co-insurance agreement with the client.
The insured event was declared by the client on April 17, 2025.
LLC IC “Sberbank Insurance” acted as a leader in determining the amount of insurance indemnity and investigating the circumstances of the insured event. The operator for the actual transfer of funds of the aggregate insurance indemnity to the client's account was NPO POVS Insango.
