Insango insured marine transportation of bulk wheat from Russia to Egypt

NCO POVS Insango has concluded an insurance contract for one-off sea transportation of cargo (bulk wheat) along the route Port Kavkaz (Russia) - any port of Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea.
Insurance coverage was provided under the terms of the Clauses:
“Against all risks” (Institute Cargo Clauses A /GAFTA 72), including HSSC (heating, sweating and spontaneous combustion).
The following risks are additionally covered: war risks, strike risks, war risks are covered on the basis of Institute War Clauses CL385 dated 01/01/09.
Strike risks are covered on the basis of Institute Strikes Clauses CL386 dated 01/01/09.
Termination of transportation (terrorism) clause - JC2009/056 dated 01/01/2009.
The insurance period is from 12.03.2025 to 11.05.2025.
The insured value of the cargo amounted to 11 542 117,60 USD
